A couple of updates
The Barnes & Noble store in Prescott had down sized its music department so the Cool Water Band CD's are no longer available there. They are still at The Worm on Whiskey Row along with some of Dick's fighter pilot CD's and books.
Our next trip will be October 13 - 18, 2010. We will be in Colorado Springs to attend the 8th Wing Reunion and to visit our grandchildren. If you are planning to attend the 8th Wing Reunion we hope to see you there.

We were pleased that Angela could come for a visit and join us for Acker. She was a real trouper because we performed on August 21st from noon to 1:45 in 90+ degrees with no shade!
Members of the band left to right: Vic Jeffries; Bass, Tom Calvert; Vocals and Guitar, Angela Jonas: Vocals; Dick Jonas; Vocals and Guitar; seated in the back is Carl Brehmer; Vocals, Lead Guitar, and Fiddle. I ran the sound equipment and took this picture.

Big 22 & Swamp Foxes
Before we returned home in May, Dick also did shows for the Big 22 Reunion in Arlington, VA and the Swamp Foxes ANG at McEntire, South Carolina before they deployed. We had a great time with both groups. They are great hosts. We had a wonderful time with both groups.

2010 Tour
We are about half way through the tour.
During our visit in Niceville, FL, Jose Oberle & Dick took time out to have some fun with some really nice biplane models.
The shows with Dick, Angela, and Donna for the VA Hospital patients in Lake City and Orlando went very well.
Chip Dockery & Dick did an impromptu song fest for the River Rats after their reunion banquet on 17 April.

New Erosonic CDs
Erosonic produced four new CDs at the end of 2009:
The Family Album 1 and The Family Album 2; also, with the Cool Water Band we produced The Cool Water Band Sings Folk, and The Cool Water Band Sings Country and Western.
The two new Family Albums are all military folk songs and become part of Erosonic's Heritage Collection. At the suggestion of a loyal fan, we wanted to make available many of the military folk songs, including fighter pilot songs, which were free of 'the warrior's vernacular.' That means no profanity and no sexual innuendo. We wanted our fans to be able to play them for the entire family and all ages without any fear of being embarrassed by the language in the lyrics.
All the albums are now available from Erosonic, CD Baby, and amazon.com. You can also get the Cool Water Band albums at Barnes & Noble in the Gateway Mall in Prescott AZ. Digital downloads are at CD Baby, iTunes, and the other digital download sites. We hope you'll like our new stuff! --- Dick Jonas
